I'm thinking about how to deal with elevation = 0 m in GeoTiffs... Sometimes a 0 means invalid/no data but sometimes it means that it is the ocean. This is causing the software to crash when trying to model wind flow around an island or in a coastal environment. I'm thinking of adding a pop-up message asking the user whether or not to ignore the zeros...
